1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Castivo, provided by THE COOKWARE COMPANY ASIA LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Castivo is an Android application intended to help users mirror their device screen to compatible displays on a local network. Feature availability, compatibility, and performance depend on your device, operating system, network, and receiving display.

3. Your responsibilities

You must use Castivo lawfully and only with content, devices, networks, and displays you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining all rights and permissions needed to display or share content. Do not use the app to circumvent copyright protections, access controls, or service terms.

4. Third-party services and content

When you mirror third-party content or connect to a third-party device, that party’s terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not control third-party content, devices, networks, or services.

5. Intellectual property

Castivo and its original software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app.

6. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, display, network, or content source, or that mirroring will be error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE COOKWARE COMPANY ASIA LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Castivo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or these terms as permitted by law. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
