1. Who we are

2. Information we may process
To provide, maintain, protect, and improve Castivo, we may process information you provide through an optional profile, account-related feature, or support request, such as your nickname, email address, account identifier, and support details. Where you choose a third-party sign-in or integration feature, we may receive information that the third party makes available, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
We and service providers acting on our behalf may process device model, manufacturer, operating-system version, application version, application identifier, distribution channel, language, time zone, IP address, network type and status, browser or platform information where applicable, advertising identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, feature-use events, session dates and times, performance data, and crash or diagnostic logs.
To discover and connect to a display, we may process the name, type, address, availability, connection status, and technical characteristics of compatible receiving devices. During an active session, the App processes the screen, audio, or media content that you choose to mirror or cast in order to transmit it to the receiving device you select.
3. Permissions
Depending on Android version and the features you use, Castivo may use network or local-network/nearby-device access to find compatible receiving devices; Android's system screen-capture flow when you start screen mirroring; access to photos, videos, music, or files when you choose local media to cast; and notification permission to show connection, casting, or service-status notifications. You can manage applicable permissions in Android settings. Denying or revoking a required permission may limit the related feature.
4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party SDKs
Castivo may use third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, login, cloud-storage, or push-notification services. These services may process device, app, network, advertising, usage, and diagnostic information to provide advertising, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, cloud features, notifications, support, infrastructure, or security. We do not intentionally use the content of your mirrored screen, mirrored audio, or locally selected media for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
Services that may be used, where included in the released application, include: Umeng; Meta SDK, Facebook Analytics, Facebook Audience Network, and Facebook Login; Google Analytics and AdMob; Adjust; OneDrive and Dropbox; ironSource, AppLovin, and MoPub; JPush; and TwitterKit or Fabric. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We will update this policy and any required notice or consent mechanism before adding, removing, or materially changing an SDK.
5. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf for the purposes above, with your selected receiving device during an active mirroring session, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our services.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, including providing the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Mirrored content is processed for the active mirroring session; we do not intentionally retain a server-side copy unless a feature expressly tells you otherwise.
6. Children and security
Castivo is not directed to children under the age at which they can consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect the App and its communications, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may stop using the App, stop a mirroring session, or manage permissions in Android settings. To the extent provided by applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information by emailing jamanees1278@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.
8. Changes and contact
